We are looking for an applicant with at least 5 years of experience who is hard-working, intelligent, dedicated, and a quick learner. We offer interesting and varied work, have approximately 150 machines over 70,000sq feet, offer competitive wages and benefits, and have a friendly, productive, and tight-knit work environment. We have three shifts that we are hiring for: First Shift

• Mon-Thu 6:30am-3:30pm and 6:30am-noon on Friday Second Shift
• Mon-Thu 1pm-11:30pm Weekend Shift
• Fri-Mon 6:00am-4:30pm (Lead positions will be available on this shift as well.

All weekend shift employees start on day shift for training) Mills are DMG Mori (CMX 50U and 1100V, DMU 50s, 60s, and 75s), two Hermles, and many Haas and Hurco mills Lathes are DMG Mori (Including NLX & 7 axis NTX), and multiple Hardinge/Haas lathes as well. The work that we do is difficult work in difficult materials. We need someone who can work with our department lead on 1st shift to continue production on difficult components, program and troubleshoot new jobs, optimize production, and just generally make good parts as efficiently as possible. Materials you will work in will be things like A286, Iron, Inconel, Graphite, Titanium, and many more exotic materials. Tolerances range down to ±.0001", and complex geometries. Simply put, we do the hard stuff, and we need someone extremely competent in this position. We service a number of industries, including aerospace and defense, and work on a variety of exciting and cutting-edge technological products. Dependable Technical Skills Required:

Aerospace AS9100 production experience preferred Use of inspection equipment (mikes, calipers, etc) Haas, Hardinge, and DMG Mori lathe experience preferred Programming experience in Mastercam is a significant plus, and experience with Mastercam programming with Cimco Probing for automation is a huge benefit.
