Redding, CA | Full-Time, In-Person | $25-$35/hour DOE Know CAD? Know CNC? Know Both? Let's Talk. We're a family-owned and operated metal fabrication company in Redding, building stairs, railings, structural and miscellaneous metals, and custom fabricated products for projects throughout California. We're looking for someone who wants to do something a little different: Draw the parts AND run the machines that make them. You should come to us with a solid foundation in either CAD/SolidWorks or CNC machine operation. We'll help teach you the other side. The Equipment You'll have the opportunity to work with: CNC sheet laser CNC sheet plasma CNC tube laser CNC tube bending CNC press brake CNC robotic equipment 3D printing If you're coming from the CAD/SolidWorks side , we'll teach you our products, fabrication processes, and how to operate the equipment. If you're coming from the CNC side , some CAD knowledge is important, and we'll help you develop those skills further. Metal fabrication knowledge and 3D printing experience are both a plus. Why This Job Is Different- This isn't a job for someone who wants to sit behind a computer all day—or only push buttons on a machine. We want someone who wants to draw it, program it, and run it. Our CAD side and shop floor work together. It's a great fit for someone who's mechanically minded, likes figuring out how things work, and doesn't want to stay boxed into only drafting or only machine operation.
