CNC Swiss & Multi-Task Supervisor Santa Ana, CA | Full-time, on-site, 1st shift $45-$60/hr DOE + medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO A precision CNC shop in Santa Ana making complex components for aerospace, defense and medical is looking for a hands-on leader to run its Swiss and Multi-Task/Mill-Turn department. This isn't a desk job: you'll lead the team and still prove out programs at the machine. What you'll do: Lead, train and mentor CNC machinists and setup operators Run daily production, machine assignments and workflow Program, set up and prove out complex parts (G-code and CAM) Troubleshoot tooling, fixturing and dimensional issues Cut scrap and cycle times by working with Quality and Engineering What you need: 5+ years of CNC experience with hands-on programming, setup and troubleshooting Swiss and/or Mill-Turn experience on machines such as Tsugami, DMG MORI NTX, Okuma Multus or DN Solutions Puma SMX Ability to write G-code from scratch Experience with 5-axis, Mill-Turn and turning on complex precision parts Strong blueprint and GD&T reading Nice to have: Supervisory or training experience Advanced
