• $67.00/hr Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience and advanced knowledge of 3
• 4• and 5-axis CNC machining.

This position will program complex, tight-tolerance parts and support machining operations from setup through production. Responsibilities Program 3

• 4• and 5-axis CNC equipment using Mastercam.

Create and optimize toolpaths, feeds, speeds, cutting strategies, and cycle times. Select proper CNC cutting tools, inserts, holders, and workholding. Program and support complex parts requiring tight tolerances and high-quality surface finishes. Machine materials including titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum, and engineering plastics. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, GD&T, and customer specifications. Assist machinists with setup, prove-outs, troubleshooting, and program adjustments. Improve tooling performance, tool life, repeatability, and overall machining efficiency. CNC Equipment Experience with the following or similar CNC equipment is highly preferred: Matsuura MX-420 Doosan

Rotary tables and automated pallet systems Qualifications 5+ years of CNC programming experience preferred. Advanced Mastercam experience required. Strong 3

• 4• and 5-axis programming experience.

Knowledge of CNC tooling, workholding, feeds and speeds. Experience machining titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics. Strong understanding of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining. Ability to troubleshoot programs and work directly with machinists on the shop floor. Aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-precision machining experience is highly desirable.
