This role works closely with programming, quality, purchasing, and production to keep customer commitments on schedule while maximizing shop efficiency.

Production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment Interpreting engineering drawings and bills of material (BOMs) Creating and maintaining manufacturing routers and work orders Coordinating priorities across programming, machining, quality, and outside processing Monitoring capacity, workload, and delivery schedules Working with ERP/MRP systems Managing customer due dates and communicating production status Identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous process improvements Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred Quality Control Inspectors & CMM Operators Quality is at the core of everything we manufacture.
