What you will do Set up and run CNC mills, lathes, and mill‑turn machines for complex components Read drawings and 3D models, apply GD&T, and hold tight tolerances Review and validate CNC programs in Mastercam and NCSimul prior to production Use Renishaw probing/tool-setting to speed setups and verify features Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments Troubleshoot machining challenges and drive improvements in setups, cycle times, and part quality Record accurate work order data and process notes in ProShop ERP What you bring 5-10 years in machining environments Associate degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Programming, Drafting, or related area Working knowledge of SolidWorks for 3D model comprehension Strong blueprint/GD&T skills and methodical mechanical problem-solving Depth in CNC setup and complex machining operations Familiarity with ERP platforms and Microsoft Office Proficiencies that set you apart Expertise in CNC tooling Rapid, reliable machine setup and changeover Precision measurement and hand metrology discipline Effective setups for production and short runs Technologies in your toolbox Mastercam, NCSimul Renishaw probing and tool-setting ProShop ERP SolidWorks Eligibility U.S. citizenship Ability to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a security clearance
