Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•3:30
PM Pay:
$23.00•37.00 per hour (DOE)

In this role, you won't just write programs, you'll help shape the entire manufacturing process from concept to completion. What You'll Do Create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs using CAD/CAM software Design and program fixtures to support efficient, high-quality production Develop complete manufacturing processes—from initial concept through finished product Maintain program control, server organization, and document revision accuracy Apply GD&T principles while creating accurate and efficient CNC programs Generate probing cycles as needed Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processes Support shop floor operations and resolve machining challenges in real time Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase efficiency Assist with internal audits and corrective actions Contribute to production planning with strategic input on new parts Help track and support key performance indicators (KPIs) with Engineering leadership Participate in team meetings and foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations Continue developing your skills and staying current with evolving technologies What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of CNC machining experience with titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, or aerospace-grade exotic metals Experience working within the aerospace manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of G & M code, tooling, and machining processes Experience with CAD/CAM software and aerospace manufacturing techniques Solid understanding of full product manufacturing—from fixture design to finished part Proficiency with measuring tools and inspection concepts Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to create and maintain clear, effective documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Preferred Experience Technical degree in CNC Programming or related field Experience with NX or similar CAM software Background in 5-axis CNC machining Ability to independently develop full manufacturing processes Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure What Makes You a Great Fit Self-motivated and driven to continuously improve Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Detail-oriented with pride in producing high-quality work Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us You'll be part of a team that values craftsmanship, innovation, and accountability.
