CNC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support and improve manufacturing processes in collaboration with Engineering and Tooling teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Program 2-5 axis CNC mills and lathes (including mill-turn/live tooling) Develop work instructions, tooling lists, and operation sheets Set up and machine complex prototype and production parts Optimize programs to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency Troubleshoot and modify existing CNC programs Support automation initiatives and process improvements

Requirements:

5+ years CNC programming (CAM required; Mastercam preferred) 5+ years 3D modeling (SolidWorks preferred) Strong hands-on machining experience Proficient in G-code, blueprint reading, and GD&T Experience with inspection tools and metrology Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles Strong problem-solving, math, and communication skills
