We are looking to expand with a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator.

Position Overview:

The CNC Programmer/Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, modifying, and running jobs in several different types of CNC machines. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively independently, as well as in a team environment.

Key responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision tools and components. Prepare and operate manual machines (lathes, milling machines, O.D. grinders, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints Inspection of finished products Maintain equipment Troubleshoot machine issues and optimize processes Qualifications and Education requirements: High school diploma/ GED Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience with Master Cam/ G-Code Ability to read and use measuring instruments, including but not limited to: Micrometers Calipers Comparators At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing Strong understanding of machining processes and materials Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
