CNC Swiss Programmer / Set-Up / -
Experienced Industry :
Aerospace, Precision CNC Machining; Computer Programming; Mechanical Engineering; Manufacturing.Job Responsibilities :
Program and setup Swiss type CNC machines with little to no supervision Responsibilities include:- interpreting drawings/blueprints
- executing process control plans
- producing fixtures
- selecting tooling, speeds and feeds appropriate to a part's dimensional tolerances and raw material
- setting-up machines with tooling
- troubleshooting programs
- producing a First Piece
- selecting appropriate inspection tools and training operators on proper loading, production, and inspection of parts. operate machines
- other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
