CNC MACHINIST
•LATHE / MILL
PROGRAMMER/SET UP/OPERATOR
for second shift. 4PM•1AM Monday•Friday
MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH KURAKI, OKUMA AND FANUC
programming, set-up, and operation.
WE HAVE OLD AND NEW MASTERCAM VERSIONS ALSO IF NEEDED.
Programming, set up and operation position in Fort Myers, FL. Youngquist Brothers LLC is a vertically integrated well drilling contractor. This position is for the machine shop in Fort Myers, FL.
Qualifications:
Programming and operating
CNC LATHES AND MILLS.
Job Duties:
Under minimal supervision, build complex one or two piece production runs of large machined parts using a
CNC LATHE OR MILL
. Several of the parts machined will require the use of an overhead crane to load the machine. Applicant must be able to measure a part and produce a copy without support from others.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of 3 years CNC programing
LATHES OR MILLS.
Must demonstrate ability to program, set up and operate mills.
Special Skills:
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Ability to measure and inspect parts. Ability to account for tolerances in multiple piece assemblies.
Education:
High school, trade school or equivalent of education and experience. Completion of CNC Programming Trade School or equivalent preferred, but may be substituted by additional, relevant experience.
