Haas CNC Machines Haas

VF2 & VF4

with 5-Axis capabilities Sidekick Plasma Table & Router Vertical Knee Mill CAD/CAM-driven workflow using Fusion 360 Responsibilities Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Fusion 360 Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, plasma tables, and related equipment Produce high-precision parts according to specifications and blueprints Monitor machining operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency Perform routine machine maintenance and tooling setup Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues Collaborate with engineers, designers, and shop personnel to improve manufacturing processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Experience with CNC programming and machine operation Proficiency with Fusion 360 and CAD/CAM software Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, plasma tables, routers, or similar machinery Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and tooling knowledge High attention to detail and commitment to quality Understanding of shop safety procedures and materials handling What We're Looking For Motivated and dependable team player Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment Passion for machining, fabrication, and innovation
