Opens a new window. •Position Offered by No Fee Staffing Agency•Temp to Hire Must have the following in order to apply: Three (3) years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment Programming experience Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks CAM, or similar Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience programming aluminum and steel components Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming Experience with Haas, Fanuc, or similar CNC controls Background in custom fabrication or low-to-medium volume manufacturing Continuous improvement or process optimization experience
Skills:
Understanding of machining processes, tooling, work holding, and metal fabrication Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings Proficient using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and organizational skills
Required Screenings:
Drug Testing/Screening (Pre-Employment); Background Checks (
Local, State & Federal:
7-Year History Check); Motor Vehicle Record Checks.
Job Description:
This role is responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs that drive high-quality production of precision metal components. Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling machines using engineering drawings and CAD files Develop machining strategies to maximize productivity while maintaining quality standards Collaboration with production personnel to troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting paths for various materials Verify program accuracy through first-article inspections and test runs Support CNC operators with program adjustments, setup guidance, and technical troubleshooting Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Maintain program revisions, setup sheets, tooling documentation, and manufacturing records Ensure all programs meet quality standards and production deadlines Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
Work Environment:
Warehouse. Shop / work pants and t-shirt / steel toes.

Days & Hours:
Full Time position; Monday through Friday; 1st shift (7:30am to 7:00pm); 40 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Pay:
$18 to $25 per hour; depends on experience. Benefits are offered.
