SHARING WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other precision machining equipment Set up machines, tooling, fixtures, and workholding Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing instructions Make machine offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality Perform tooling changes and monitor machine performance Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications Understand and apply GD&T requirements Make basic program adjustments and work with G-code and/or CAM Troubleshoot machining issues and identify problems with tooling, equipment, or processes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve quality and efficiency

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR MUST HAVE

Previous CNC machining/operator experience Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints Experience with precision measuring tools Understanding of basic shop math and machining practices Ability to perform tooling changes and machine adjustments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

EXPERIENCE THAT CAN HELP YOU STAND OUT

CNC setup experience G-code programming/editing Fanuc controls CAM software

GD&T CNC

troubleshooting SolidWorks or other CAD software CNC mill and/or CNC lathe experience
