Full Job Description Job Title:
CNC Programmer
  • THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION, ONLY APPLICATIONS WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE SHOULD APPLY
  • Duties:
  • Develop and write programs for CNC machines based on engineering drawings and specifications through mastercam 2026
  • Occasionally set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
  • Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize machining processes
  • Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC programs or machine operations
  • Maintain documentation of programming changes and updates
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC programmer or similar role
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
  • Proficiency in mastercam and fusion 360
  • Solid understanding of geometry, schematics, and mathematical calculations related to machining processes
  • Familiarity with various tooling used in CNC machining
