CNC Programmer Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC machines to ensure precise manufacturing and machining of components. Responsibilities Program CNC machines using G-code and Mastercam software. Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize machining processes. Ensure all components meet quality standards using CMM and other inspection tools. Essential Skills Proficiency in CNC programming. Experience with G-code and Mastercam. Knowledge of CNC lathes, mills, and machining processes. 6+ months of experience in CNC programming. Additional Skills & Qualifications Understanding of axis control in CNC operations. Familiarity with manufacturing and machining industry standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $41.00/hr.
