Manufacturing Engineering Technician Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CNC Machinist/Programmer who brings experience, enthusiasm, energy, decisiveness, and expertise to the table. In this role, you'll be tasked with creating and maintaining part programs for all CNC milling machines while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. Responsibilities Be the go-to person for all Milling machine CNC activities. Collaborate with other departments such as Tooling, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations. Collect and analyze data pertinent to assignments. Interpret data and recommend a course of action. Provide occasional assistance on more complex assignments. Assist in debugging new equipment, designs, processes, or procedures. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience. 3-5 years of machining and programming experience. Proficiency in CNC programming. Experience with Mazatrol software. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with CAD programs such as Creo. Work Environment This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Core working hours are between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Muscatine, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
