Job Description

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (occasional overtime) $20.50 p/h+ DOE Employer-paid benefits upon full-time hire (health, dental, vision, life insurance) 401(k), profit sharing, paid vacation, and paid holidays Immediate hire opportunity & great opportunities for advancement! Weekends off!
Duties:
Set up, program, and operate MultiCam CNC routers and other CNC equipment as needed Operate manual lathes and mills as required Plan and develop machining sequences and programming processes Create and maintain documentation including tooling and process parameters to ensure part accuracy and quality standards Ensure all parts meet customer specifications and requirements Assist with preparing parts for fabrication, assembly, and production workflow Support packaging and shipping needs including building crates and preparing parts for shipment Learn and assist with CNC programming as needed (training provided) Collaborate with other departments to support overall production needs Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience operating a CNC router OR equivalent vocational training MasterCAM experience preferred; other CAM software will be considered Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Ability to perform physical work, including lifting as required Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
