Overview:
Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking for an opportunity where your programming expertise and machining skills make an immediate impact? We are seeking a hands-on CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate Haas CNC mills and lathes while producing precision-machined components for a variety of custom applications.
Job Duties:
Program, set up, and operate Haas CNC mills and lathes using CAD/CAM software.

Develop G & M code programs with Fanuc-style controls to produce precision parts from engineering drawings.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&T specifications.

Select tooling and perform machine setups to ensure efficient production.

Produce high-quality machined parts while meeting customer specifications.

Partner with Engineering to manufacture custom components.

Work closely with Quality to troubleshoot and resolve machining or inspection issues.

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment operating efficiently.

Implement improved machining techniques and best practices.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Train and mentor new CNC programmers and setup personnel as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience programming and operating Haas CNC mills and lathes. Strong knowledge of G & M code programming and Fanuc controls.

Experience with CAD/CAM software.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.Proficiency using precision measuring instruments including micrometers and thread micrometers.

Strong math skills with experience working in metric measurements.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
