Select tooling and perform machine setups to ensure efficient production.
Produce high-quality machined parts while meeting customer specifications.
Partner with Engineering to manufacture custom components.
Work closely with Quality to troubleshoot and resolve machining or inspection issues.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment operating efficiently.
Implement improved machining techniques and best practices.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Train and mentor new CNC programmers and setup personnel as needed.
Experience with CAD/CAM software.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.Proficiency using precision measuring instruments including micrometers and thread micrometers.
Strong math skills with experience working in metric measurements.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts. Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking for an opportunity where your programming expertise and machining skills make an immediate impact? We are seeking a hands-on CNC Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate Haas CNC mills and lathes while producing precision-machined components for a variety of custom applications.Job Duties:
