CNC Mill Programmer/Operator

We're GROWING! Electroform is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer/Operator to join our team. This position involves setting up, operating, and maintaining mills, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, and ensuring parts are produced in strict accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards. A deep understanding of machining principles, material behavior, and tooling best practices is essential. The CNC Operator collaborates with programmers and quality inspectors to troubleshoot issues, reduce scrap, and maintain the consistency and accuracy required in medical-grade tooling applications. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality directly supports Electroform's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Able to successfully operate mills, and additional shop equipment. Proficient in Precision 3-axis milling Able to read and understand blueprints in order to effectively manufacture parts. Experience programming/working with Master Cam, HAAS, Fanuc, or Okuma controls is preferred, but not required. Must be able to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
