Job Description

Our client, a growing manufacturing company located in the western suburbs of Chicago, is seeking skilled CNC Machinists (with set-up and programming experience) to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CNC set-up and programming experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.   • 38/hr.

Current Openings/Shifts:
2nd shift
  • 2:30pm
  • 11:00pm Split shift
  • 10:00 am
  • 6:30pm
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and program adjustments. Modify machine offsets and troubleshoot production issues as needed. Read work instructions and ensure parts meet quality specifications. Inspect materials, finished products, and equipment using precision measuring tools. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Assist with training new team members in machine operation, safety procedures, and company standards. Support Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality, and Production departments to improve manufacturing processes. Provide machine coverage during operator breaks when needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
