features from bar stock, including facing, chamfering, grooving, and drilling. Choose and swap arbors, fixtures, inserts, speeds/feeds, and tooling per blueprint specs. Produce first-piece parts, make offset/tool changes to hit tolerances, and complete paperwork for set-up approval. Load parts, cycle machines, check at designated intervals, and adjust to maintain quality throughout the operation.Keep machines production-ready:
monitor fluid levels and perform routine care. Surface grind and re-sharpen arbor teeth as needed. Schedule & Pay Afternoon/2nd-shift opportunities available. 1stShift:
