Can You Turn Blueprints into Flawless Parts? If you thrive on precision machining and enjoy dialing in a VMC for peak performance, this role in Wyoming, IL (61491) is for you. Your Impact Own setups and operation on 3-4 axis CNC mills to meet exact specifications. Translate technical drawings and GD&T into reliable, repeatable processes. Keep machines running at quality targets by adjusting offsets, tools, feeds, and speeds. Tackle routine maintenance and on-the-fly troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Champion safety and quality standards at every stage of production. Work side-by-side with teammates to streamline workflow and boost throughput. Document production metrics, inspections, and machine performance with accuracy. What You'll Need to Succeed HS diploma or equivalent; CNC trade school or certification preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Operator/Machinist. Working knowledge of CNC equipment and programming principles. Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical documents with confidence. Detail orientation and strong, practical problem-solving ability. Team-first communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to work overtime or varied hours as production demands.
