We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer proficient in Mastercam and experienced with DMG Mori and Okuma machine tools to join our dynamic team. As a CNC Programmer at Speedgrip Chuck, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise in programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to interpret blueprints, design specifications, and technical drawings to create efficient machining programs. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Mastercam software and have hands-on experience with DMG Mori and Okuma machine tools.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine machining requirements. Collaborate with setup operators, engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize machining processes. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role. Proficiency in Mastercam software for programming CNC machines. Hands-on experience with DMG Mori and Okuma machine tools preferred. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training a plus.
