Job Description

We are looking for multiple CNC Programmer to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. ASAP! Positions are filling up fast, apply today before you miss this great opportunity in today's tight market!
CNC Programmer Requirements:
2+ years of Setup and Programming experience required Knowledge/Experience with G and M Code Basic required Must be comfortable operating machines on the shop floor as needed required Okuma and HAAS Mill, Lathe, and Controller Experience preferred Ability to perform machine offsets, adjust speeds/feeds, and optimize tool life preferred MasterCam Experience preferred Machining aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and tool steels experience preferred Experience in a job shop or high-mix, low-volume production environment
CNC Programmer Benefits:

CNC Programmer Responsibilities:
Programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts for both custom manufacturing clients and small batch production runs Responsibilities include reading blueprints, adjusting toolpaths using G and M code, conducting quality inspections, etc May also assist with CNC programming, CAD design, engineering support, welding, custom fabrication, sawing, laser engraving, and finishing work as needed Candidate should have a working knowledge of CNC Machine operation including Programming, Setup, Maintenance, Operation, and the ability to diagnose minor mechanical issues with the equipment/fixturing Possess shop math skills including calculating proper feed and speed for materials, metric conversions Interpreting Blueprints and Geometric tolerances. Candidate must be capable of holding tolerances and meeting surface finish requirements Basic computer skills with file transfer are beneficial Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
