CNC Programmer

Senior CNC programming specialist responsible for 5-axis mill/turn programming, post development in NX, and machining support for complex metal components in regulated manufacturing environments. Job Requirements 10+ years of CNC programming experience Experience programming 5-axis mill/turn machines, including DMG and Integrex platforms Extensive experience using NX Experience using Vericut Experience building posts within NX Experience machining metals, including steel, titanium, cobalt chrome, and other implantable alloys Preferred Skills Medical device manufacturing background Aerospace manufacturing background Experience supporting new machine onboarding and process development Experience with DMG Mori mill/turn machines Job Responsibilities Program 5-axis mill/turn machines for complex precision components Develop, edit, and maintain CNC programs using NX Build and support posts within NX Use Vericut to validate and optimize machining processes Support machining of steel, titanium, cobalt chrome, and other high-performance alloys Contribute to process development and programming for new DMG Mori mill/turn equipment
