CNC Programmer $100,000 - $130,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Relocation Support + Career Growth + PTO + Sick Pay + 401(k) + Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Indianapolis, IN (Relocation Support Available) Are you a CNC Programmer looking to join a growing manufacturer offering long-term stability, cutting-edge equipment and clear progression opportunities? This role would suit a CNC Programmer with Mastercam or NX experience who enjoys working on varied, non-production parts in a highly skilled precision machining environment.
The Role:
Develop CNC programs using Mastercam and/or NX Support machinists with programming and machining processes Program complex, tight-tolerance components Produce low-volume, high-mix parts in a non-production environment Monday-Friday, day shift with flexible start times (6am-8am)
The Person:
CNC Programming experience using Mastercam and/or NX Manufacturing or job shop background Experience working to tight tolerances Aerospace, Automotive, Defense or similar precision machining experience Must be a
