CNC Programmer Pay:

$24-$32/hour, depending on experience

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for programming CNC equipment and supporting efficient, accurate production. Candidates with hands-on CNC programming experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for production Set up and program CNC machinery according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Make program adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality Troubleshoot programming and machining issues Work closely with production and quality teams Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Qualifications CNC programming experience required Acer 3X programming knowledge preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to troubleshoot and make programming adjustments Entry-level candidates with the right CNC/programming background are encouraged to apply Schedule & Pay 1st
