Hourly Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Programmer with strong Esprit CAM software experience to develop, optimize, and support CNC machining processes. This role will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to program complex components, improve machining efficiency, and support advanced manufacturing operations.

$35-$40/hour Key Responsibilities Create and modify CNC programs using Esprit CAM software. Perform program testing, prove-outs, and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Support machining operations involving:
Swiss-type CNC machines CNC lathes Vertical mills Multi-axis machining centers Optimize machining processes, including tooling selection, feeds, speeds, and cycle times. Develop and maintain setup documentation, routers, and machining instructions. Troubleshoot programming and machining issues. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to improve processes. Support equipment integration and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical guidance and support to machinists and operators. Required Qualifications 5+ years of CNC programming experience. Strong experience with Esprit CAM software. Experience programming CNC Swiss machines, lathes, and multi-axis mills. Ability to perform CNC program prove-outs and production support. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Star, Hanwha, Mori Seiki, or Puma CNC machines. Familiarity with Fanuc controls. Experience in high-mix manufacturing environments. Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and tooling optimization. Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation.
