We are seeking an Experienced CNC Operator/Programmer that sets up, and operates CNC machines to produce precision parts, requiring technical skills, hands-on experience, and knowledge of machine controls and CAD/CAM software.

Schedule:

(M-F) 7am - 4pm

Pay Rate:

$30 - $35/hr (+based on experience) The right candidate will be responsible for both programming and operating CNC machines such as VMCs (Vertical Machining Centers), lathes, and multi-axis machining centers.

Key responsibilities include:

Programming CNC machines using G-code or CAM software like Solid CAM, creating programs for 3/4/5-axis machining Machine setup and operation , including loading raw materials, installing tools, and verifying machine settings Quality control by measuring finished parts with precision instruments to ensure conformance to specifications Troubleshooting program errors, machine alarms, and optimizing cycle times without compromising accuracy Documentation and SOPs creation to standardize setups, tooling, and offsets for consistent production Maintenance of machines to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
