Are you the NC expert who turns blueprints into flawless parts? If you thrive on solving manufacturing puzzles and optimizing cycle times without compromising tolerances, we want to meet you in Westminster, MD. Imagine programming multi-axis toolpaths in Mastercam, validating on the floor, and partnering with operators and engineers to push quality higher each run. You will Author and optimize CNC programs for a wide range of machining operations. Translate drawings, 2D/3D models, and specifications into exact machining plans. Perform machine setups and calibrations prior to production. Track machining performance and make data-driven adjustments for quality and speed. Diagnose and resolve programming or machining issues as they emerge. Collaborate across engineering and production to reduce waste and improve processes. Maintain thorough documentation for programs, setups, and production changes. Continuously learn and apply new CNC technologies and methods. You have Demonstrated experience as a CNC Programmer or equivalent role. Command of CAD/CAM tools and CNC programming (including G-code). Deep understanding of machining strategy, tooling, and workholding. Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints. Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach. High school diploma or equivalent; a CNC-related certification or technical degree is advantageous. Mastery areas
