$62.04 per hour Your Impact As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, refining, and verifying complex programs to support precision manufacturing. Your technical skills will play a vital role in enhancing machining output, ensuring product quality, and maintaining operational reliability for essential energy components. Key Responsibilities Design, maintain, and refine CNC programs utilizing Mastercam, Siemens NX, Esprit 2000, and similar software suites. Generate and provide technical support for CNC programs focused on multi-axis milling, turning, and grinding tasks. Ensure the accuracy of new CNC programs by validating them with VERICUT prior to production. Help maintain a smooth production floor by troubleshooting programming errors and providing daily technical assistance to operators. Configure and optimize advanced machine controls, including Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma systems, as well as macro-based routines and Renishaw probing. Assist Manufacturing Engineers with machine setup, process enhancements, and training initiatives to improve team performance. Create comprehensive workstation documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical manuals. Define necessary tooling, fixture strategies, consumption rates, and inventory management standards. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by leading initiatives focused on safety, quality, and cost-efficiency. Improve manufacturing outcomes for large-scale precision components weighing up to 50,000 lbs. Foster a collaborative environment by working effectively across various departments within a matrixed organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a High School Diploma/GED paired with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience. At least 2 years of additional experience within a manufacturing or operations setting. Proven hands-on experience with CNC programming in a production environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Mastercam and VERICUT. Experience in developing and refining programs for complex machining operations. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to operate independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Siemens NX, Esprit 2000, Inventor, or other 3D modeling software. Experience programming and supporting Fanuc, Okuma, Siemens Sinumerik ONE, and Haas controls. At least one year of experience with Fanuc Macro B, Renishaw probing, variable-based programming, Closed Loop Machining, and advanced sub-routines. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Background in Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience managing projects. Experience machining exotic materials and large-scale components. Pay Details:
