Position Overview:
United CNC Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Turn Programmer/Machinist.Core Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and run CNC turning equipment. Operate and program with Mazatrol conversational controls (required). Interpret and apply G and M codes. Perform prototype machining and support limited-production runs. Read and interpret 2D prints and 3D models. Apply GD&T to ensure parts meet design intent and specifications.Required Qualifications:
5+ years of CNC Turn experience. Strong working knowledge of Mazatrol controls. Ability to read and interpret 2D prints and 3D models. High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant)Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an AS9100D certified or ISO‑certified environment. Mastercam experience a plusWork Environment & Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Regular standing, bending, and manual assembly work.
