What You'll Do Create, refine, and maintain CNC programs for Swiss-style and multi-axis lathes Use CAD/CAM tools such as Esprit and/or Mastercam Read complex blueprints and apply GD&T to develop efficient machining strategies Select tooling, workholding, and fixturing to improve accuracy, quality, and throughput Support first-article inspections and partner with Quality to meet customer and aerospace standards Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to reduce downtime and scrap Support setup technicians and operators with hands-on training and best practices Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on cycle time, tooling performance, and process stability Maintain accurate documentation, including programs, setup sheets, tooling lists, and process standards Support a safe, organized, and professional manufacturing environment What We're Looking For 3+ years of CNC programming experience with strong lathe experience Hands-on Swiss-style CNC lathe experience Ability to be productive quickly in a Swiss machining environment Experience with Esprit and/or Mastercam Strong G-code and M-code knowledge Ability to read complex prints and apply GD&T Experience machining materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems independently Ability to work well with production, quality, and engineering teams Experience taking projects from print to program to production Nice to Have Aerospace and/or medical manufacturing experience High-mix / low-volume or job-shop experience ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 experience Experience improving cycle time, scrap, tooling performance, or uptime Technical certifications or formal CNC training Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing technology (preferred) Compensation & Benefits (Start Day 1) FREE Health Insurance FREE Dental Insurance FREE Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% company match 4 weeks PTO Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Professional development assistance Employee referral program Merit-based increases Equal Opportunity Statement MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
