If you are CNC knowledgeable, ambitious, able to multi-task, team driven and willing to work hard and apply yourself, this is a perfect opportunity. This position is for programmer as well as operator. If you have the right attitude and possess the basic skills in these area's but are willing to learn more, we can provide additional on the job training. Qualifications Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience utilizing CNC programs Proficient in WorkNC. Sets up machines and inspect all required operations. Must be able to program multiple machines Ability to program more than one tool path at a time Works independently, strong work ethic, is self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Must be a team player and willing to learn new skills and concepts. Mechanically inclined Familiarity with measuring tools and techniques Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. Able to carry 100lbs. Must have excellent oral and written communications skills. Detail oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines. Must be able to work well in fast-paced environments. Able to work overtime if needed. Must have some tools Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate and collaborate on multiple projects Set up, program, and run machines and parts. Sets up tools and fixtures. Develop CNC programs for complex parts using CAD/CAM software, specifically WorkNC Maintain and ensure machine functions properly. Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machining issues
