Job Description
NC PROGRAMMER - CNC
LatheDirect Hire1st shift •80-95k depending on experience Our client develops and manufactures jet engines for both military and commercial aircraft applications. They have engaged Qualified to assist in their search for a NC Programmer to join their team. The Programmer will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced manufacturing solutions for gas turbine components using state-of-the-art CNC equipment and software tools.RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating and optimizing NC programs using Siemens NX for complex machining operations on mill-turn machines, 2-axis lathes, and other CNC lathes and mills as requiredValidating NC programs virtually through machine simulationPerforming on-machine program validation and optimizationCNC grinding experience is preferred.Collaborating with design engineers to enhance part designs for manufacturabilityParticipating in equipment installation, runoff and production startup activitiesOther job related duties as required
