We're hiring a hands-on, advanced-level CNC Operator to join a growing and reputable manufacturer in Redford, MI. This is not just a machine operating role — we need someone with proven experience programming CNC machines directly at the control, including editing, setting offsets, and optimizing production.

What You'll Do:

Program CNC machines (mills/lathes) using G-code, M-code, and/or conversational controls Set up tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for various jobs Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools Troubleshoot machining issues and contribute to continuous improvement Work collaboratively with the production and quality teams

What You'll Need:

CNC programming experience is a must — at the control or offline using CAM Solid understanding of machining principles and inspection methods Experience with HAAS, Fanuc, or similar controls Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring equipment 3-5+ years of hands-on CNC operating and programming experience preferred
