Why you'll like working here Dynamic, supportive culture with industry-specific training and growth opportunities Onsite workout gym, plus employee appreciation cookouts and events Competitive pay and premium benefits: 401k, paid holidays, and vacation Your schedule options Day shift positions available 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We provide a Shift premium for Night shift Flexible schedules to support work/life balance What you'll do Program 2D features and complex 3D surfaces for plastic injection molds (all aspects of CAD/CAM) Set up and run Makino, Fidia, and DMG machines Work confidently with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls Use laser tool setting and machine macros to drive accuracy and efficiency Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely What you bring 3-5+ years of CNC programming experience; Tebis expertise is a major plus Hands-on background in plastic injection molds Ability to perform set-ups and run precision machining operations Comfort working in a manufacturing setting and around oils and lubricants Integrity, sound judgment, and a team-first approach Physical capability: constant standing/walking, some bending/climbing, pushing/pulling; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
