We are searching for a CNC Lathe Programmer with experience in 3-axis programming and expertise in Mastercam. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in engineering to create robust, efficient, and repeatable processes for new work orders. Create programs using Mastercam for CNC Lathe Machines. Revise programs to eliminate errors, and retest programs to check that problems have been solved. Analyze job orders, drawings, prints, specifications, and design data. Observe machines on trial runs or conduct computer simulations to ensure that programs and machinery produce items that meet specifications. Assist team members in other engineering projects as required. Other duties may be assigned as needed. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
: High School Diploma Required Expert in Mastercam, minimum 3 years. Lathe programming experience is a must. Experience in 5-axis CNC Programming is a plus. Experience in large gantry mills programming is an advantage. Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience, particularly Excel Experience with JobBoss or related ERP software is a plus. Experience in a production environment is a plus This is an in-house day shift position.

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
