This hands-on role includes programming, setup, and troubleshooting, with a focus on efficiency, part quality, and collaboration with machinists and engineers. Work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled shop. Key Responsibilities Program and optimize CNC lathe operations using Fusion 360 or Mastercam Set up and run jobs on Haas TL-3 Read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T, tight tolerances) Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve quality and cycle time Troubleshoot machining and setup issues Maintain accurate program files, setup sheets, and documentation Required Qualifications CNC lathe programming experience Experience with Fusion 360 or Mastercam Strong understanding of G-code and turning fundamentals Hands-on setup and troubleshooting experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
