Job Description

CNC Milling Programmer/Machinist Overview Mountain Manufacturing is an expanding medical device manufacturer located north of the twin cities.   • Friday) CNC Milling Machinist / Programmer to help achieve our mission of providing our customers with superior products that exceed their expectations.
This requires us develop personnel to support customer needs from a range of production processes including high volume production to rapid product development while using the shortest lead-time. "In addition to showcasing attention to detail, precision, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, responsibilities include: Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to determine appropriate machining operations.

  • Using hand tools and precision measuring instruments to verify the dimensions of machined parts.
  • Keeping the workspace clean and organized, with strict adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities Programming:
Create and optimize CNC mill programs using Mastercam to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely production of parts.
Setup and Operation:
Perform setups and operate CNC milling machines ( Haas, Robodrill, Mazak, Kitamura) to produce components according to specifications.
Quality Control :
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet tight tolerances and customer specifications.
Training:
Train and mentor CNC operators, providing guidance on machine setup, programming, and maintenance
Troubleshooting :
Identify and resolve machining issues, tool wear, or programming challenges to maintain high-quality standards.
On Time Delivery :
Work closely with team members to improve processes, reduce waste, and meet production deadlines.
Maintenance:
Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure reliability and longevity of equipment. General Experience Accomplished CNC programming skills, with experience in the latest Mastercam Software is a must! Skilled mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machining processes. Proficient with the use of a broad spectrum of Inspection equipment including hand tools. Come Grow With Us!!
