You will create flat patterns, optimize material nesting, and program CNC lasers. Responsibilities:

Programming & Nesting:

Translate customer blueprints and CAD files into efficient CNC programs. Maximize material usage and minimize scrap.

Quality Control:

Inspect cut parts against drawing specifications and ensure high-quality standards.

Shop Collaboration:

Work closely with our production team and management to resolve issues and streamline workflows. Implement AI in processes and workflows

Qualifications:

Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NCell). Experience reading and interpreting engineering blueprints. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Previous experience in metal fabrication or laser cutting is preferred.
