PM Pay:
$35-50 per hour (depending on experience)

Full-Time Employment Experience:
10+ years of professional machining experience, with at least 5 years in an ISO or AS9100 certified environment (Aerospace, Medical, or Defense preferred).
Education:
High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology highly preferred.
Certifications:
Professional certification in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is required.
Software:
Advanced proficiency in Mastercam (2D/3D/multi-axis) and basic competency in SolidWorks and Windows-based PC applications. Core Competencies

Expert-level understanding of blueprints and the application of GD&T.

Advanced ability to troubleshoot high-complexity parts and programming issues with minimal to no supervision.

Physical Requirements:

•
Advanced Programming & Setup:
Create clear, logical Mastercam programs for multi-axis machines. Execute setups for high-complexity parts featuring interrelated tolerances as tight as +/-.0001".
•
Fixture Design:
Design, fabricate, and implement innovative work-holding fixtures to stabilize difficult geometries and optimize cycle times.
•
Quality Ownership:
Perform rigorous in-process inspections using CMM, vision systems, and manual metrology tools. Exercise the "Authority to Halt" any process or shipment due to quality or safety non-conformance.
•
Team Leadership:
Train, coach, and mentor Level 1-3 Machinists. Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting programming and mechanical issues.
•
Process Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Quality departments to refine QMS-compliant processes and facilitate a continuous improvement culture.
•
Maintenance:
Perform advanced preventative maintenance on CNC mills and lathes to ensure longevity and precision.
