Senior CNC Programmer

Performance Incentive after Six Months!! We are seeking a skilled Senior CNC Programmer who is proficient in MasterCam to join our team. Working at ACI Plastics, you will play a crucial role in our operations by developing and optimizing CNC programs to produce high quality parts which will meet the customer's design specifications, allow us to exceed quality standards and hit production targets. We would also prefer someone who can troubleshoot the machinery. We have several shifts from which to choose: 7am

3:30pm, 10am
6:30pm, 11am
7:30pm. What do I have to do? Must be able to program 3
and 5-axis CNC routers.

Draw parts in CAD. Make prototypes, including 2D & 3D solid modeling. Determine how to set-up and run projects. Supervise and train staff to ensure production of quality parts. Mastercam proficiency is required! What do I need? Five years verifiable prior experience programming and operating 3 & 5 axis CNC machines. Be able to draw parts in CAD. Be able to use MasterCam for programming. Prior usage of micrometers and calipers. Prior experience building prototypes. Prior supervisory experience. Prior experience troubleshooting equipment.
