The role calls for advanced knowledge of machining theory, tooling, materials, and blueprint interpretation, along with the ability to train and mentor operators and machinists.

Schedule:

Full-time, with overtime and weekend availability as needed

Compensation:

$90,000 to $100,000 per year What You'll Do This role leads programming and setups on multi-axis Swiss turning centers, applying strong blueprint reading skills and advanced math to interpret complex technical drawings. The Lead Programmer optimizes tooling and cutting paths for performance and quality, troubleshoots machining and programming issues as they arise, and oversees quality checks to confirm parts meet specifications. This person also supports continuous improvement initiatives across the department and trains and mentors operators and machinists on Swiss programming and setup practices. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Swiss CNC programming experience Strong blueprint reading and advanced math skills Deep knowledge of metals and machining processes Proven troubleshooting and leadership ability Reliable, detail oriented, and self motivated Overtime and weekend availability as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with CAM software for Swiss turning applications Certification in CNC programming or manufacturing technology Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) or other quality systems Compensation and Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Pay range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year To apply, submit your resume for consideration.
