Duties:

• Program & 3, 4, and 5 Axis Mills, to maintain on time production.
• MasterCAM Programming Software
• Needs to be able to work on a tight schedule, meet deadlines.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Use SolidWorks software to program machine operations
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control standards are met
• Perform basic math calculations to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Handle materials and perform material handling tasks as needed
• Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools and tooling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse

Requirements:

• MasterCAM Experience is necessary
• Previous experience operating CNC machines is required
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings
• Familiarity with SolidWorks software for programming machine operations
• Basic math skills for performing calculations and verifying dimensions
• Ability to handle materials safely and perform material handling tasks
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
