We are currently searching for an experienced Countertop CNC Programmer for a growing stone fabrication operation in the Charlotte area. This role is responsible for creating accurate digital drawings, programming CNC equipment, and ensuring jobs move efficiently from template to production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Program CNC equipment and prepare jobs for fabrication while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Create and revise countertop drawings, layouts, and production files using CAD software. Review field measurements, templates, and project specifications prior to production. Coordinate with templators, fabrication teams, installers, and office staff to resolve drawing or production issues. Optimize layouts, seam placement, and material utilization while maintaining quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
1+ year programming in a stone fabrication environment. Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming used in countertop manufacturing. Understanding of fabrication processes for granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, and other stone materials. Experience with Slabsmith, AlphaCAM, LT-55, Moraware, or similar industry software is highly preferred.
COMPENSATION
