Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mazak CNC Machine Programmer & Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Milling & Turning machinery to produce precision-engineered components. Responsibilities Set up Mazak CNC machines, including CNC milling machines and lathes, ensuring proper tooling, fixtures, and calibration for each job. Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently while monitoring machine performance throughout the production cycle. Perform precision measurements using measurement tools such as bore gauges, calipers, micrometers. Conduct tooling changes and adjustments on CNC machining tools to optimize machining processes and maintain tight tolerances. Troubleshoot machining issues related to geometry, tooling wear, or machine malfunctions; implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain inspection reports.

Pay:

$15.50 - $25.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
