Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC Hurco Mills Program, set up, and operate CNC Hurco, Haas, and Milltronics Lathes Work with live tooling machines Machine stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics to precise specifications Produce food-grade components with tolerances ranging from .0005" to .003" Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Inspect work-in-process and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards Meet production schedules while maintaining a high level of workmanship Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Continuously develop technical skills and stay current with machining technologies Qualifications Minimum 2 years of machine shop experience CNC programming, setup, and operation experience required Experience machining stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics Experience with Hurco, Haas, and/or Milltronics equipment preferred Experience with live tooling machines preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Career growth opportunities Stable, growing company with long-term opportunities Collaborative and team-oriented work environment
