Job Description Develop and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software for a variety of machined components Create efficient manufacturing processes to support production and prototype work Troubleshoot machining and quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions Set up and prove out new programs, ensuring reliability and performance Generate tooling strategies, recommend cost-effective improvements, and order required tooling Create detailed setup sheets, tool lists, and process documentation for shop floor teams Support operators, technicians, and junior programmers with technical guidance Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles to machining processes Collaborate with engineering teams to improve design for manufacturability Identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and operational efficiencies Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace organization standards Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturing standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
